Terms of use
These terms cover use of the Meridian Integrations website. A consultation request does not create a project. Design, installation, electrical work, and website development proceed only under a separate agreement that states scope and price.
Information on this site
The pages describe services and an approach. They are not a promise of a particular ranking, charging speed, wireless distance, detection feature, or energy saving. Those depend on the property, the equipment, and the design. Where a limitation matters, the service pages say so.
Electrical work
EV charger and other electrical work must comply with applicable electrical code, permitting, manufacturer instructions, and licensing requirements, including inspection where it applies. Nothing on this website is a permit, a license, or an engineering stamp.
Website projects
Statements about source-code ownership and the absence of a traditional hosting fee apply to qualifying static sites delivered under a project agreement. Domain registration, email, and third-party services can have their own costs and terms. Ownership of a finished website, including the repository, should be written into that agreement rather than assumed from this page.
No professional relationship from browsing
Reading the site, or sending a consultation form, does not by itself create a contractor, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Do not send confidential information you are not prepared to have stored in order to answer you.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and graphics of this website belong to Meridian Integrations unless noted. You may not copy the site design for another business. Project deliverables you commission are governed by the project agreement, which may grant you ownership of your website’s source code.
Liability
The website is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, Meridian Integrations is not liable for decisions made solely from these pages without a project-specific assessment. Counsel should replace this paragraph with a limitation that is enforceable in Colorado.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The draft date above should be replaced with an effective date after legal review.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent once a public email address is published on the contact page.
