Privacy policy

This policy describes the Meridian Integrations website. It will be updated when the business publishes a phone number, email address, or form endpoint, and again if analytics or other processors are added.

What this site is

The site is a static website. It does not run a customer database in the browser, and it does not include advertising trackers in this version. Pages can be read without creating an account.

Information you submit

The consultation form asks for your name, optional company, email, phone, the service you need, project location, a description, and how you prefer to be contacted. When a secure form endpoint is connected, that information is sent there so the business can reply. Until an endpoint is connected, the form cannot deliver a request.

Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or government identifiers in the project description. The form is not a place for secrets.

A hidden field is included to reduce automated spam. Submissions may also be checked server-side for abuse. That check happens at the endpoint, not by embedding credentials in the page.

Hosting and connection data

The site is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare. Like other hosts, Cloudflare may process connection data such as IP address and browser details in server logs and security systems. That processing is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation. This site does not sell that information.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not install an analytics package or advertising cookies. If measurement is added later, this policy should be updated before that code ships, and any non-essential cookies should be handled accordingly.

How long information is kept

Consultation requests are kept long enough to respond, to perform the work if you hire the business, and to meet ordinary legal and accounting duties. Exact retention should be confirmed with counsel and then stated here in place of this sentence.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be processed by the hosting provider and, once configured, by the form endpoint that delivers consultation requests. Professional advisers may see it when the law or the engagement requires that. Other sharing should be added to this policy before it happens.

Your requests

A public email address for privacy requests will be listed here once it is added to the site configuration. Until then, use the contact details published on the contact page if they are available.

Children

This website is a business site. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect their information.
